1.Performance Predicting Software of Non-refrigerant Air Conditioner Units
Traditionally, evaporative cooling systems design and the results thereof have been uncertain and have therefore restricted the adoption of this low energy cooling technology.
For the first time, Den, our unique performance predicting software enables engineers to professionally design evaporative cooling systems with complete confidence and certainty.
We are able to consider any project, anywhere in the world, to determine project requirements and accurately predict system performance, energy consumption and the subsequent energy savings the FAO2 system will deliver.
2.New Control System ---Saving in Beijing
Beijing is a familiar city to us, in the semi-dry area. Let’s calculate the savings by using Non-refrigerant AC in Beijing through our software, based on weather data for past 10 years at least.
We can see from the calculation, the total annual cooling hours in Beijing is 1777 hours on average, which is covered by green dots.
And, the applicable cooling hours for Non-refrigerant AC (Two-stage evaporative cooling) can reach total 697 hours, which is covered by the green dots in the chart.
So, the cooling hours with normal air conditioners can be reduced to 1110 hours by using our new control system and Non-refrigerant AC, that’s the green dots beyond the area with black lines.
And, there should be standard ventilation and fresh air equipments in consideration. Non-refrigerant AC can basically function as them, and doesn’t bring extra cooling load. In this way, the total cooling hours with normal air con can be reduced to 802 hours, that’s the part in green line.
